A. Writing your own templates

A template is created as a text file. It is formatted as follows.

 To: destination addresses
 Cc: destination addresses for Cc:
 Bcc: destination addresses for Bcc:
 Subject: message subject
 Account: account
 Signature: singature

 message contents

You can specify 6 items in message header as above-mentioned. You don't need to specify all 6 items. Message header and message contents must be separated by empty line that has no other characters than carrige return.
